Sarah is a Florida native who found her way to Southwest Florida in 2004 to attend Florida Gulf Coast University.  After receiving her Masters in Criminal Justice, she decided to enroll in the Police Academy to further her dream of becoming a Law Enforcement Officer.  Sarah has been working at the Lee County Sheriff's Office the last seven years and worked her way up towards a lifelong dream of hers, serving as a Detective in the Major Crimes/Homicide Unit.  Besides working long hours, Sarah has recently taken up bodybuilding again with her trainer at a local gym.   She enjoys checking out local "Foodie" joints with Chris, and started her own Healthfood/Keto baked goods company called Brawny Bites! 

While working on Road Patrol, Sarah met Chris in late August of 2015 through a mutual friend at work.  Chris insisted on taking Sarah out for a date shortly thereafter and the rest is history! 

Chris is also a Florida native, from the east coast, just up the road from Sarah's family.  Chris started work in the prison at the Department of Corrections and later found his way to Southwest Florida in 2014 when he was hired by the Lee County Sheriff's Office.  Chris is an avid fisherman, and loves outdoor activities.  In April of 2018, Chris began his journey with his newest fitness addiction, JiuJitzu and is progressing rather well!  Chris is of Cuban and Colombian decent, and has enjoyed sharing his culture with Sarah over the last three years. Chris began his Law Enforcement career at LCSO on Road Patrol, and is now working as a Detective in the Highway Interdiction Unit with his K9 Partner Zeus (Sarah's second love!).
